Economic Nexus by State

Since the United States Supreme Court’s decision was issued in South Dakota v. Wayfair, states adopted their own economic nexus rules within the parameters of the Court’s ruling. The following chart summarizes each state’s current economic nexus rules for remote sellers and marketplace facilitators.
